Job Summary

Newfore Inc. is looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing residential and commercial renovation projects throughout Hamilton and surrounding areas.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors and skilled workers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to Newfore's quality standards.

Punctuality, organization, leadership, and clear communication are essential to this role. The successful candidate will take ownership of their assigned job sites, ensure workers remain productive, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding progress, delays, and any issues that arise.

Job Type / Category

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on residential and commercial renovation sites.
- Ensure subcontractors and skilled workers complete their assigned work according to project schedules, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding job progress, scheduling, deficiencies, delays, and site issues.
- Identify potential problems and address them promptly to avoid unnecessary delays or additional costs.




- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety requirements.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and secure throughout the renovation process.
- Verify that materials and supplies are available when needed and report shortages in advance.
- Review completed work and identify deficiencies requiring correction.
- Document site progress with photos, updates, and reports as required.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a professional and respectful working relationship with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the Newfore team.
- Report scope changes or additional work to the Project Manager for review and approval before proceeding.
- Assist with coordinating final site preparation and project completion.
