VANHESS Jewellery is looking for a creative, experienced social media professional to bring our jewellery, services, and brand story to life. This hands-on role combines content creation and social media management with assisting customers on the showroom floor.

What you’ll do

- Create high-quality product photos, videos, reels, posts, and stories that reflect VANHESS’s modern, elegant style.
- Introduce our collections, recent arrivals, custom jewellery services, and the craftsmanship behind our pieces.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar, from developing ideas to editing, writing captions, and publishing.
- Manage our social media accounts, respond to comments and enquiries, and track content performance.
- Capture engaging content in-store, including product close-ups and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Welcome customers, introduce products, answer enquiries, and support the team with sales and daily store activities.

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience creating content and managing social media for a business or brand.
- Strong photography, video editing, caption writing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Confidence creating Instagram reels, posts, and stories, with a good understanding of social media trends and engagement.




- Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar programs.
- An eye for detail and the ability to photograph jewellery beautifully.
- A friendly, professional manner and confidence working directly with customers.
- Strong organisation, initiative, and the ability to manage content from idea to publication.
- Jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail experience is an asset.
