Description: We are currently looking to add a talented Content Marketing Strategist to our team and help us continue acquire and engage fans and clients. In 2016, Goodfood was recognized by the magazine Canadian Business as a pioneer in digital commerce innovation.

The person selected for this role will ensure the growth of our fanbase and client database as well as their engagement with the brand. She or He will be responsible for creating and publishing original content for a variety of channels: social media channels, website copy, ad copy, blog, emails and manage our communities and content platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a content strategy that will keep growing our databases and their engagement on each platform (in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager);

- Secure ongoing trend and competition analysis in order to create the most original, creative and relevant content;

- Develop a content calendar for all channels (email, blog, website, social media), adapted to our brand and to each audience and platform;

- Create and publish content according to technical,



targeting and timing best practices of each platform;

- Monitor activity on all social platforms and secure community management on a daily basis;

- Monitor each platform performances and update content strategy according to results.

Desired skills and experience:

- Bachelor’s degree (marketing or other relevant fields)

- 3 years experience in a social media/content-related position;

- Perfectly bilingual (Fr/En)

- Exceptional sense of creativity and aesthetic;

- Outstanding written communication skills and attention to detail

- Solid familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including; Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

- Passion for food and experience with food blogging

- Experience with Email Service Provider such as Mailchimp is an asset

- Experience with Photoshop and other graphic design programs is a plus
