TheOrder Processing Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing exceptionalcustomer service and ensuring smooth order processing and logisticscoordination for the Customer Service department.

Thisposition is an integral part of our manufacturing plant and is in office inFoxboro, MA.

Whatwill you do?

- Efficientlyprocess, prepare, and release orders using order tracking and CRM systems.
- Conductthorough customer order inspections, making necessary revisions based oncustomer requests (e.g., tags, quantities, shipping information).
- Collaboratewith internal departments to gather and provide updates on order status,shipping dates, prices, critical orders, and scheduling freight forwarders.
- Confirmorders, update shipping status, and promptly notify customers of any backordersor delivery delays.
- Provideinitial support by researching and resolving order-related inquiries,



ensuringaccurate and up-to-date information within systems.
- Generateshipping and export documentation as required for shipments and orders.
- Ensuresinvoices are processed accurately and distributed to customers on schedule
- Monitorcustomer requests and inquiries using communication platforms.
- Generatereports on customer orders and backlog.
- Collaborateclosely with manufacturing operations to ensure order dates are met

Education:

- Previousexperience working in Customer Service or Order Entry/Processing related roles.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, SAP, and using digital tools.
- Preferredexperience working in manufacturing operations.
