- Recent/Current Inpatient PsychiatricNursing or Behavioral health experience: 2 years – Required Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements - LPN License for State of MI - Required




- BLS Certification from AHA orAmerican Red Cross - Required - Assessesperson’s served care needs, under guidance and in collaboration with aninterdisciplinary team
- Provides/coordinates nursing care toindividuals and groups of person’s served.
- Assistsin the teaching of persons’ served families, and provides milieu management.
- Communicateswith and educates persons’ served families/significant others indischarge/after care planning needs.
- Providesa secure and secure environment for persons served and staff in both individualand group settings.
- Responsiblefor documenting, reporting, and verifying all necessary information accordingto established policies and procedures.
- Responsibleto monitor for and report to the physician(s) any potential risk to person’sserved safety that could lead to an adverse outcome.
