Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Rehab / Med Surg Registered Nurses for travel /contract position in Windsor, VT. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate:Range $2500 to $2665 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxabletravel/housing and M&I; stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

12 Hours; Nights, 7p-7.30a

36 hours / week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

Position Requirements

- Registered Nurse: 2 years - Required
- Med Surg and Rehab Nursingexperience: Recent/Current 2 years – Required
- Must be willing to float betweenAcute Rehab and Med Surg Units

Education, Licenseand Certification Requirements

- ASN or an equivalent – Required




- BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred
- RN License for State of VT orMulti-State - Required
- BLS and ACLS Certifications fromAHA- Required

- Provide all aspects of Nursingcare for patients in Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units.
- Coordinates total nursing carefor patients in Acute Rehab and Med Surg Units
- Participate in patient and familyteaching
- Provide leadership by working cooperativelywith ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintainingstandards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
- May be asked to work as a backupCharge Nurse
- Records information concisely,accurately and completely.
- Participates in multidisciplinarytreatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
