- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle food products safely, minimizing waste and maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure effective workflow during service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.




- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food service environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
