We have an excellent opportunity for a corporate M&A; lawyer to join a well-established, mid-sized Toronto law firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in private M&A; transactions and related reorganizations as well as experience advising on joint venture agreements and ongoing commercial matters.

The firm offers an excellent platform for skilled growth, strong administrative support and a compelling succession planning opportunity for the right candidate. An interest in developing or taking on an estates and wills practice would also be a welcome addition.
