Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, product selections, and purchases
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision
- Maintain organized stock displays and ensure the counter area is clean, inviting, and well-stocked




- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage order fulfillment requests and coordinate with inventory to ensure availability
- Utilize communication skills to negotiate sales, upsell products, and resolve customer concerns promptly

Requirements

- Previous experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to perform math calculations accurately .
