Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the food industry to develop their skills in customer service, food handling, and point-of-sale operations. Duties

- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with attention to detail and accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling and preparation areas
- Ensure timely service by managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously




- Restock supplies and assist with food preparation as needed to support smooth operations
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times

Experience

- Previous experience in food service, including serving or cashiering roles, is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Experience working in the food industry or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous
