Join our energetic team as a Custom Metal Fabricator and unleash your craftsmanship to create high-quality, precision-engineered metal components. In this role, you will transform raw materials into custom-fabricated metal products by interpreting detailed blueprints and schematics, utilizing advanced machinery and hand tools, and applying your mechanical expertise. Your work will directly contribute to innovative manufacturing projects, construction applications, and custom metal solutions that meet exact specifications.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements
- Operate machinery such as press brake machines, plasma cutters, and machining tools to shape and form metal components
- Use welding techniques including MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts securely
- Measure materials precisely using calipers, hand tools,



and power tools to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Conduct routine inspections of fabricated parts for defects or deviations from schematics; perform necessary adjustments or rework
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to our shop environment
- Proven experience in custom metal fabrication within manufacturing or construction environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in machining, assembly, and blueprint reading
- Skilled in MIG and TIG welding techniques with the ability to produce high-quality welds
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as press brakes, plasma cutters, cranes, forklifts, and power tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication tasks
- Excellent hand tool proficiency along with an understanding of safety practices related to welding, machining, and construction work

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
