Overview

1. Frontline Team Member and ensures every guest enjoys a welcoming, clean, and delicious experience by greeting customers, providing samples, preparing customized orders, and managing point-of-sale transactions.

- Order Preparation: Greet customers warmly, explain menu offerings, provide product samples, and scoop ice cream accurately according to portion control standards.

- Transaction Management: Operate the register and point-of-sale (POS) terminal to process cash, debit, and credit card payments.

- Cleanliness & Food Safety: Maintain a spotless storefront by sanitizing prep stations, washing utensils, and emptying trash bins according to food safety regulations.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive wrist movements (scooping)



for a full shift. Must be able to lift tubs weighing up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
