Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to ensure customer understanding.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Enter customer data accurately into our systems using data entry skills to ensure records are up-to-date and reliable.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster a welcoming experience for all clients.




- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service roles with excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions confidently.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, supporting our diverse client base and expanding service reach.
