We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves assisting students, visitors, and prospective students by providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and helping ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with people in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive approach to customer service are essential.

Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from students, visitors, and prospective students by phone, email, or in person
- Provide accurate information regarding programs, registration, services, schedules, and general college procedures
- Assist students and visitors with routine administrative requests and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate student and administrative records
- Assist with registration, appointment scheduling, forms, and other administrative processes
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries and interactions when required
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed




- Collaborate with staff members and other departments to help resolve inquiries efficiently
- Maintain a welcoming, skilled, and respectful workplace for students and visitors

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, administration, reception, or a related field is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
