Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service roles or related fields; familiarity with sales techniques such as upselling is a plus.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Demonstrated understanding of phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving strategies to deliver outstanding service.
