Customer Service Representative

Overall Objective:

The Customer Service Representative-Estimating is a key position in the organization who will be in charge of providing customer service to our existing customer base,

prepare estimates according to Lintec's general guidelines and profitability goals and assist in the development of new customers.

The CSR-Estimating will make sure that the different service metrics defined for the position such as time to resolve customers' inquiries, time to prepare and submit estimates, number of sales development calls, number of estimates submitted, etc., are exceeded and done with courtesy, professionalism, and according to Lintec's policies and procedures.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a print workplace.

Preferred understanding of pressure sensitive labels and tag products and the elements that affect their costing (material, set up elements: colours, dies and plates,

and production elements: speed, machine features: turnbar, sheeter, rotary screen,

cold foil, etc.); understanding of flexible packaging.

Excellent customer service, time management, ability to work unsupervised, goal-oriented.

Must be detailed oriented,



strong verbal and written communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing estimates, customer service problem resolution, ensure all necessary information is available for pre-production and graphics, awareness of production and finishing schedules, follow up of time sensitive shipments, and sales support.

Respond inquiries on items on Lintec's warehouse program.

Promote Lintec's products and services.

Knowledge of Lintec's ERP system LabelTraxx, or similar printing industry software is preferred.

Technical aptitude, with knowledge of imperial and metric measurements.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm

Flexibility required for both hours and duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
