Duties

- Assist customers with product information, order status, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues with patience and clarity
- Enter customer data accurately into our systems, ensuring data integrity through diligent data entry practices
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services that meet customer needs, contributing to sales growth
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends or areas for improvement, supporting continuous service enhancement




- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively
