Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, understanding customer project needs, and recommending customized product solutions.

You will follow the complete the service cycle from quoting, order processing, and delivery coordination, ensuring customer satisfaction and accuracy in every order

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their project needs and recommend appropriate door solutions.
- Quotations, sales order processing, and post-sale inspections.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes for door products and solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to their orders.
- Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) for communication, documentation, and reporting.




- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize workflow.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers both in person and over the phone.
- Proficient in MS Office and general computer knowledge.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drafts, 2D & 3D designs etc will be extra asset
- Excellent self-management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Robust work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
