Key Responsibilities

- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person regarding personal insurance policies.

- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and new business requests.

- Process auto and home insurance endorsements, including changes to vehicles, drivers, addresses, and coverage.

- Prepare insurance quotes and assist clients with comparing coverage options.

- Review policy documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Follow up with insurance companies and underwriters regarding client requests.

- Provide proof of insurance, pink slips, certificates, and other policy documentation.

- Explain coverage, deductibles, premiums, and policy terms to clients.

- Maintain accurate client records and update information in the brokerage management system.

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures, privacy requirements, and applicable insurance regulations.

- Deliver professional, timely,



and courteous customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Solid communication and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of personal lines auto and property insurance is an asset.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance brokerage management systems.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally.

- Previous experience in an insurance brokerage or customer service role is an asset.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate
