Customer Service Representative (Liquor, Greater Victoria, BC)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our teams at two of our The Liquor Co. 1977 locations:

· Goldstream Liquor Store – located at 737 Goldstream Avenue, Langford, BC V9B 3T5. This is a part-time position offering up to 32 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work Thursday through Monday, primarily afternoon and evening shifts.

· Six Mile Liquor Store – located at 498 Island Highway, Victoria, BC V9B 5G6. This is a part-time position offering approximately 8–16 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including closing shifts.

Applicants may be considered for either location based on their availability and operational needs.

· Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Currently certified in Serving It Right





WHAT YOU’LL DO

· Confidently assist customers

· Follow all regulations regarding selling age-restricted products

· Stock and merchandise shelves accurately

· Help maintain a clean, organized, and protected site

· Ensure products are well displayed and meet quality standards

· Safely and effectively operate required equipment

· Follow all safety procedures
