About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will assist customers with questions, provide accurate information, and help resolve everyday service issues. We value a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Previous customer service experience is welcome but not essential. Candidates with transferable skills from retail, hospitality, administration, sales, or other people-focused roles are encouraged to apply.

Training will be provided to help you learn the company's processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by email, phone, and other approved communication channels
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with general questions and service requests
- Identify customer needs and help find appropriate solutions




- Document customer interactions and update records
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
- Follow established service procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience
- Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and professional approach
- Valuable problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritize customer needs
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Previous experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, sales, or administration is an asset.

Pay: $47,000.00-$99,500.00 per year
