Regional Rentals is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the face of our rental counter. You'll help customers find the right vehicle, handle reservations and paperwork, and make sure every pickup and return goes smoothly. If you enjoy working with people and like a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

- Greet customers in person and over the phone, and answer questions about vehicles, rates, and availability
- Create, modify, and confirm reservations using our rental software
- Complete rental agreements, verify driver's licences and insurance, and process payments and deposits
- Walk customers through vehicle pickup and return, including damage inspections
- Explain rental policies, optional coverage, and add-ons clearly and honestly
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and escalate when needed




- Keep accurate records and maintain a clean, organized front counter
- Coordinate with the detailing and lot team to make sure vehicles are ready on time

What we're looking for:

- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or rental counter experience (1+ year preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming manner
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Attention to detail, especially with paperwork and payments
- Valid [Class G / provincial] driver's licence
- Able to work a versatile schedule, including some weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
