UWest Winnipeg is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers seeking information about telecommunications products and services. This role is focused on providing helpful responses, clarifying service information, and ensuring customers have a explicit understanding of the information available to them.

As an authorized representative of Rogers Communications, our team provides customers with information about Rogers products, services, plans, and promotions. No previous telecommunications experience is required, and paid training is provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clear and accurate information about service features, pricing, and current promotions
- Respond to customer questions about telecommunications products, services, and plans
- Help customers understand service details, terms, and available information
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and respond professionally
- Clarify information when customers need additional explanation
- Assist with routine customer inquiries and requests
- Ensure customer information and required documentation are recorded accurately
- Follow established procedures when handling customer questions and requests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policy changes
- Communicate with team members when additional assistance is needed




- Maintain a professional and respectful approach during customer interactions
- Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
