Levelup Reality is downtown Toronto's award-winning virtual reality arcade, and we're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our guest experience team. If you enjoy gaming, technology, and working with people in a fast-paced, fun environment, this could be a great fit.

What you'll do

- Greet guests and walk them through their VR session start to finish
- Set up first-time players with equipment and controls
- Keep an eye on play areas so everyone's secure and having fun
- Reset stations between bookings and help manage the schedule with your team
- Handle basic troubleshooting and everyday customer service
- Support birthday parties, corporate bookings, and group events

Who we're looking for

- Comfortable talking to new people and helping them try something unfamiliar
- Reasonably tech-savvy (no VR background required, we'll train you)
- A team player who pitches in when it's busy
- Steady under pressure during peak hours
- Looking for an ongoing part-time role, not a short-term gig

Availability

Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays required, plus 1-2 weekday shifts (Mon-Thu).

Pay

Starting at $17.95/hour plus tips,



with performance bonuses on top. Full hands-on training included.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution and legally entitled to work in Canada. This is a student placement role.
