Customer Service Sales Associate Responsibilities

- Connect with new and existing customers and explore sales opportunities
- Ask questions, listen to customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services
- Introduce available products, explain their benefits, and help customers make informed decisions
- Build positive customer relationships by answering questions, addressing concerns, and following up when needed
- Support promotional campaigns, special events, and other customer engagement activities
- Represent the company professionally and follow customer service and safety guidelines




- Work with your team to achieve daily goals and deliver a positive customer experience
