Manulife is seeking a CyberArk Operations Analyst to join the Privileged Access Services Operations team in a hybrid Toronto-based role. You will manage day-to-day CyberArk/PAM operations, incidents, and service requests, coordinating with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions and continuous service improvements.

You will troubleshoot CyberArk issues, document actions, and participate in process improvements, contributing to a secure, productive privileged access
