Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Administrator Intern to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Support the development of performance measurement frameworks to track labour market and workforce development outcomes.
- Assist in data collection, integration, and analysis using multiple sources, including surveys, interviews, and labour market datasets.
- Conduct job vacancy analysis and workforce trend assessments to identify skills gaps and emerging industry needs.
- Contribute to generating employer-validated labour market intelligence that informs strategic planning.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement activities, including employer consultations and validation sessions.




- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights effectively
- Support the creation of actionable recommendations and evidence-based strategies for long-term workforce planning.
- Ensure all research outputs meet expectations for credibility, transferability, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post secondary education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R) is an asset.
- Ability to interpret and communicate data insights clearly.
- Interest in labour market research, workforce development, and manufacturing sector trends.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
