Duties

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources including SQL databases, Oracle systems, and cloud platforms.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and optimize database structures, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval aligned with best practices in database design.
- Utilize programming languages such as R and Python to perform statistical analysis, automate workflows, and build predictive models.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress within SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) frameworks and maintaining documentation in Visio or similar tools.
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements,



leveraging data insights to recommend strategic actions.
- Write complex SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle to extract relevant data for analysis.
- Develop VBA macros and Bash scripts for automation of routine tasks across different platforms.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong portfolio of data projects demonstrating analytical skills.
- Proficiency in SQL programming with experience in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles for effective collaboration on rapid-paced projects.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes to ensure quality delivery of analytics solutions.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience designing databases and understanding of database normalization principles.
- Skilled in programming languages like R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
- Ability to work with Unix/Linux shell scripting (Bash) for system-level automation tasks.
- Excellent analysis skills complemented by attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
