Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately into Quickbooks Online.
- Manage large volumes of information with speed and precision, maintaining high levels of accuracy during data entry tasks.
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records to support efficient retrieval and compliance.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks Online.




- Verify the completeness and correctness of data entries by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer skills, along with general proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Prior experience in data entry and filing would be considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication within a team environment.
