We’re seeking enthusiastic Dating Event Hosts from all backgrounds to lead engaging and lively matchmaking events. In this paid role, you’ll serve as the vibrant face of our downtown Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal events, fostering a fun, inclusive atmosphere where singles can connect authentically.

Your enthusiasm and interpersonal skills will help participants feel comfortable, excited, and motivated to meet new people. Join us in transforming the dating experience into a dynamic and enjoyable journey for everyone involved!

Responsibilities

- Welcome participants warmly and set a positive tone for the event
- Facilitate icebreaker activities and group interactions to encourage mingling
- Maintain a lively, energetic environment that promotes open communication
- Manage event logistics smoothly, ensuring timely start and end times
- Provide support and guidance to attendees throughout the event
- Address participant questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Collect feedback post-event to help improve future experiences

Requirements

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Ability to energize a crowd and create an engaging atmosphere




- Previous experience in hosting events, customer service, or community engagement is a plus but not required
- Comfortable working in diverse environments with people from all backgrounds
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Enthusiastic about helping others connect and having fun in social settings
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
