Role Description The Dealing Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting clients in accessing prospectus-exempt securities in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Day-to-day tasks include discussing suitable investment opportunities with clients, explaining product features and risks, and processing subscription and redemption documents accurately and on time. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of firm offerings and applicable securities regulations, documenting client communications, and ensuring that all know-your-client (KYC) and know-your-product (KYP) information is complete and current.

Representative collaborates with internal teams on compliance, reporting, and client service,



and actively participates in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

- Robust client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to explain investment concepts clearly and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Knowledge of securities regulations, compliance procedures, and suitability requirements related to prospectus-exempt securities and pooled investment products.
- Analytical and research skills to understand product structures, assess risks, and support clients in making informed investment decisions.
- Organizational and documentation skills for handling subscription forms, maintaining accurate records, and meeting reporting deadlines.
- Comfort with remote work, proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Relevant industry registration or licensing as required for Dealing Representatives in the applicable jurisdiction (or eligibility/willingness to obtain it).
- Post-secondary education in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in investment sales or advisory roles is considered an asset.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to investor protection and regulatory compliance.
