Responsibilities

- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading goods using appropriate moving techniques and equipment
- Support the warehouse team in organizing inventory and preparing shipments for dispatch
- Communicate clearly with team members and drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues promptly
- Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries professionally during deliveries or pickups




- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency

Skills

- Experience with moving heavy items safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while adhering to safety standards
- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent physical stamina, flexibility, and attention to detail
