Casino Nanaimo LP is seeking a Chef de Partie to execute menu item production under direct supervision, maintaining company standards and strong hygiene policies while contributing to a safe, welcoming work setting for the team.

You will support prep, cooking, and presentation of items, handle stock and labeling, and provide backup coverage during peak periods; a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
