Petroglyph Development Group is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to execute menu item production under supervision, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety policies. You will support with mise en place, cooking, and presentation while maintaining a clean, organized workstation. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required. Minimum 1 year of culinary experience and a Food Safety Certification are expected; ability to explicit a criminal record check is also
