Our modern, patient-focused dental practice in Stouffville is looking for an energetic Dental Receptionist to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome patients and create a warm, positive first impression
- Manage appointments, recalls, and treatment scheduling
- Handle insurance submissions, payments, and patient inquiries
- Support the clinical team with smooth patient flow
- Deliver outstanding customer service every day

What We’re Looking For:

- Two Saturdays a month are required
- Previous dental reception or dental office experience preferred
- A friendly, professional communicator
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Someone reliable, enthusiastic,



and eager to grow
- Knowledge of CLEARDENT dental software an asset
