Role Description
This is a permanent part time role for a Dental Office Manager.
The Dental Office
Manager will oversee daily administrative operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, patient relations, and staff management.
Responsibilities include ensuring smooth workflow, payroll calculation, maintaining efficient office procedures, overseeing billing and payments, and ensuring compliance with dental regulations. The role also involves fostering a positive patient experience and providing leadership to the office team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dental Practice Management and Practice Management systems (Cleardent)
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
- Understanding of Dental Care practices and familiarity with dental procedures and terminology
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in a similar role; prior experience in dental or healthcare settings is an advantage
- Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese is an asset
Pay: $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
