We are looking for an enthusiastic dental receptionist with excellent communication skills to join our team!! We focus on providing exceptional care to each one of our patients so we want the “right person” to join and grow with our team. So, we will only interview those who we feel are looking for a long-term commitment.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet every patient in a warm and welcoming manner
- Provide patients with information regarding our dental office and dental procedures
- Scheduling appointments in person, by phone or by email
- Verify procedures billed and collect payments
- Request dental insurance breakdowns
- Coordinate lab cases and patient referrals
- Submit insurance claims and pre-determinations electronically
- Daily general office tasks like processing mail, scanning, faxing, ordering sundries etc.

Qualifications and Skills

- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Must be a quick learner with good computer skills as we are a fully digital practice




- Able to work quickly, efficiently and accurately without supervision
- Must be a self-motivated team player committed to excellence and efficiency
- Must have a good command of the English language (oral and written)
- Dental Reception experience and/or diploma preferred
- Abeldent knowledge would be an asset, as well as Dental Assistant duties

Salary will be based on experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
