Job Overview A busy downtown dental clinic has an immediate opening for a front desk receptionist who speaks Filipino. Our clinic is very close to the subway. You are able to learn quickly, pay careful attention to details and committed to providing exceptional service. You are available to work weekends which are our busiest days. We offer progressive compensation based on your qualifications.

- Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Maxident software
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and handle appointment requests with enthusiasm
- Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately at the front desk




- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence related to dental office operations
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely patient flow
