Responsibilities

- Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software SolidWorks , ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Create comprehensive schematics and technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Design mechanical components and assemblies with a focus on manufacturability, durability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems and CNC machinery.
- Conduct system modeling, simulations, and testing to validate design concepts before production.




- Prepare technical documentation including schematics, assembly instructions, and testing procedures to facilitate seamless manufacturing workflows.

Skills

- Proficiency in CAD software SolidWorks, and other drafting tools for precise mechanical design.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles coupled with practical mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with schematics creation for pressure vessels, piping systems and flarestacks integrated within mechanical designs.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including CNC machining, fabrication techniques, and quality standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system schematics accurately.
- Experience working with programmable CNC machines, and automation systems is highly desirable.
