As part of the Cloud-Scale Machine Learning Acceleration team, you’ll develop critical hardware solutions for AWS, including AWS Inferentia and Trainium. This role emphasizes verifying high-speed I/O and cross-module interactions, necessitating comprehensive verification strategies at chip and sub-system levels. Collaborate closely with design and software teams to ensure effective hardware-software interface coverage.

• Architect comprehensive end-to-end verification strategies • Drive unified verification plans across wide-ranging environments • Provide technical leadership for verification efforts • Resolve complex verification challenges at sub-system levels • Mentor team members on best practices and methodologies

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field • 8+ years in design verification using simulation techniques • 8+ years in testbench development, focusing on stimulus and coverage • Experience with multiple logic levels from IP blocks to SoCs • Proficiency in Python, Perl, or similar scripting languages
