About the Role

We are seeking skilled Developers to design, build, test, and support technology solutions used across the organization. Developers will work in collaborative Agile teams and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through implementation and production support.

Responsibilities

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Typescript.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Mongoose ORM.
- Solid understanding of NoSQL database design and optimization.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms, entitlement management, and encryption techniques.
- Knowledge of WebSocket protocols and real-time data processing.
- Familiarity with file system operations and handling file uploads/downloads.
- Experience with SMTP email integration using NodeMailer.
- Practical experience with enterprise message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and pub/sub architectures.
- Exposure to Java is a robust plus.
- Understanding of system I/O operations and performance best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
