Role Summary

We are looking for a cooperative and forward-thinking Digital & AI Solutions Advisor to help organizations unlock business value through Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, and digital transformation initiatives. In this client-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients, sales teams, and delivery experts to shape innovative technology solutions that address business challenges and create measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do

- Partner with Sales teams to identify opportunities and shape AI, automation, and digital transformation engagements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technology priorities.
- Design high-level solution concepts leveraging AI, Intelligent Automation, cloud, data, and software engineering capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, commercially viable proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Present recommendations, business cases, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.
- Support RFI/RFP responses, solution estimation, costing, and commercial strategy development.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, engineering,



and architecture teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Advisory, or a similar client-facing technology role.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, enterprise software development, cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading discovery workshops and translating business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience developing proposals, business cases, SOWs, presentations, and executive-level recommendations.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, RFI/RFP processes, and solution commercialization.
- Fluent English (C1+).

Nice to Have Qualifications

- Experience with AI platforms and automation technologies, including UiPath.
- Knowledge of modern cloud services and software delivery methodologies.
- French language proficiency.
- Experience working in global or enterprise-scale transformation environments.
