Driven by solving real-world technology challenges? Passionate about delivering exceptional Customer experiences? Want to be a core part of a close-knit, high-growth team?
DAGI isn't your typical IT provider. We’re a cybersecurity-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) that has built something rare in tech: a company culture where talented technicians truly enjoy coming to work, our Customers deeply value our expertise, and everyone brings their best every day.
Our clients don't just view us as outsourced helpdesk: they treat us as trusted partners working hand-in-hand toward their security and business success. As our Southwestern Ontario client base expands, we’re looking for our next Digital Defender to join the team.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
This is a high-visibility, Customer-facing role where you will be the go-to technical advisor for businesses across Southwestern Ontario. You will:
- Provide On-Site & Remote Technical Support: Resolve client issues efficiently across the region with both hands-on and remote troubleshooting.
- Build Lasting Client Relationships: Meet regularly with Customers to keep them informed, review their infrastructure, and ensure their systems remain secure and fully supported.
- Tackle Wide-Ranging Tech Environments: Solve everything from daily user frustrations ("my email isn't syncing") to complex network and security tickets.
- Manage Enterprise Cloud & Systems: Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 environments, hardware deployments, network configurations, and security tools.
- Collaborate In-Person: Work alongside experienced team members who have your back, including regular planning sessions at our London office.
- Shape Our Growth: Play a direct role in building out our expanding presence in the London and surrounding regional markets.
Work Arrangement: Sarnia-area home base with client site travel across Southwestern Ontario and team collaboration at our London office as required. Reliable personal transportation is required.
Who You Are
We aren't looking for a robot who recites scripts from a manual. We want a great human who:
- Balances Fun with Professionalism: You know when to keep things light and when it’s time to focus on critical tasks.
- Puts Customers First: Their uptime, security, and peace of mind personally matter to you.
- Embraces Teamwork:
You aren't afraid to say "I need a hand" (the best techs know when to collaborate).
- Focuses on Detail: In cybersecurity and infrastructure, "close enough" doesn't cut it.
- Stays Curious: Technology continuously evolves, and learning current tools or analysing new security frameworks excites you.
- Takes Ownership: You own your mistakes, learn from them, and use them to get stronger.
- Brings Positive Energy: You match our high standards and help us raise the bar for IT service.
What We Offer Compensation & Perks:
- $19.35 – $28.50/hour (commensurate with skills, experience, and certifications)
- Comprehensive health benefits (eligible post-probation / 6 months)
- Company-provided laptop and technical toolkit
- Vehicle mileage reimbursement at standard CRA rates
- Direct growth paths into senior technical and leadership roles as we scale
The Intangibles:
- A Solid Team: Work with colleagues who are remarkably skilled AND exceptionally easy to work with.
- Appreciative Clients: Support businesses that favour quality and value great IT support.
- Direct Access: Report directly to our CTO: a lean structure means your voice and ideas are actually heard.
- Security-First Culture: Be part of a company that takes compliance and threat protection seriously.
What You Need Required Experience & Skills:
- 1+ years of MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience
- 3+ years of broad IT support experience
- Hands-on experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) software
- Solid experience administering Microsoft 365 tenant environments
- Proven network and hardware troubleshooting & deployment skills
- Valid G-Class driver's licence and a reliable vehicle for regional client visits
- Explicit, professional verbal and written communication
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA
- VoIP system administration (setup, call flow routing, management)
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals/Administrator, etc.)
