Digital Designer 2+ months, approx 15-20 hrs/week Fully Remote Starts: ASAP Rate: $30-36/hr.

Our client, a performance marketing agency, is looking for a Digital Designer to create performance-focused creative primarily for paid social. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, paid-social experience, and a curious, experimental mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Distill creative briefs into strong design concepts
- Create paid-social creative, primarily for Meta
- Develop a high volume and variety of creative concepts
- Experiment with different approaches, trends, and pattern interrupters
- Create both polished and UGC/DIY-style creative
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable potentially presenting to clients
- Iterate on creative based on performance data and team feedback
- Collaborate with copywriters and other designers
- Support some PMAX and YouTube creative

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Strong graphic design fundamentals and design sensibility
- Experience creating paid-social/performance creative, ideally Meta
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Comfortable creating unconventional, UGC/DIY-style social creative
- Able to understand why creative works and adapt based on performance
- Comfortable collaborating with copywriters and designers
- Light video editing/motion graphics is a major plus
