We are seeking an experienced Digital Developer with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience to join our Digital Development team. The successful candidate will collaborate with UX/UI designers, business stakeholders, product owners, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality enterprise websites, mobile applications, and digital brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have robust front-end development skills, experience building responsive websites and applications, and the ability to develop accessible, reusable, and maintainable solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop enterprise-level websites, mobile applications, and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams, product owners, business stakeholders, and back-end developers to deliver effective digital solutions.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and testable code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and modern front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.js.
- Build responsive websites and applications using frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing applications.
- Work with UX teams and product owners to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.




- Solve complex development challenges while improving the performance, functionality, and maintainability of digital applications.
- Ensure compliance with W3C standards, web accessibility guidelines, and front-end development best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with team members to deliver project milestones.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience developing responsive websites and applications, preferably in financial services or a digital agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6).
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for digital experience development.
- Advanced knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, particularly React and Vue.js.
- Experience using responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of web standards, accessibility guidelines, and front-end development best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Java development experience.
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience delivering digital solutions within financial services or agency environments.
