The Role

Based in Toronto, you'll spearhead the growth of the firm's Canadian engineering and project delivery practice. The heart of this role centers on working your network, winning new business, cultivating key client partnerships, and assembling a top-flight multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

- Build and execute a clear, high-impact growth strategy for the Canadian market.

- Turn your industry connections and market insights into a robust pipeline of mining and metals opportunities.

- Plug into the wider global network to unlock cross-border client access and high-level technical backing.

- Serve as one of the faces of the firm in Canada, driving brand credibility with key industry players and operators.

- Handpick, grow, and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering and project team.

- Implement the foundational operational track—setting up delivery processes, team structures, and scalable standards.

- Actively support high-stakes proposals, pitch wins, and commercial contract negotiations.

- Provide executive oversight across studies, engineering programs, and project execution.

- Keep safety, quality, budget targets, and delivery schedules completely rock solid.





- Own portfolio performance, keeping commercial risk tight and client trust high.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Mineral Processing, Mining, Mechanical, etc)

- 15+ yrs leading engineering, EPCM and complex project delivery.

- Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)

- Proven track record steering multidisciplinary projects across mining, metals, or heavy process industries.

- Demonstrated BD success—winning major pursuits, developing client accounts, and generating new revenue.

- Sharp commercial acumen and natural deal-making instincts.

- Solid track record recruiting, leading, and mentoring technical teams.

- Explicit, persuasive communication and executive stakeholder management.

- Experience establishing, scaling, or transforming an engineering or consulting practice.

- Proven history driving revenue and market reach alongside project execution responsibilities.
