Responsibilities

- Offer overnight assistance to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night
- Assist with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
- Support residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and personal hygiene
- Monitor residents’ health status, noting any changes or concerns to report to supervisors promptly
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment during overnight hours
- Maintain cleanliness of living spaces, including tidying up rooms and common areas as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols to respond effectively to incidents or health issues

Requirements





- Minimum High School diploma, DSW, PSW, or related field
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or senior care is highly preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care is a strong plus
- Ability to administer medications accurately and responsibly
- Strong caregiving skills combined with a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Willingness to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation as part of daily duties
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support residents effectively
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
