Redwood Software in Canada leads the global documentation and customer education initiative, rebuilding for an AI-first operating model. You will inherit and reshape an established team across regions, focusing on AI-assisted content production, standards, and a contemporary docs-as-code approach.

You will set strategy, redefine workflows, and implement Pendo-guided in-product help and training programs to shorten time-to-value for customers and partners.
