We're hiring a

Centre Director Lead our 150-child, mixed-age childcare centre in

Fleetwood, Surrey, BC.

What you'll need

Required qualifications and experience

- Valid British Columbia Early Childhood Educator certificate, in valuable standing with the ECE Registry At least five years in licensed childcare, including two or more leading a centre or a substantial part of one Experience carrying regulatory responsibility: inspections, reportable incidents and record-keeping to licensing standard Accountability for a budget and for occupancy or enrolment results Valid Criminal Records Review Act check through the Criminal Records Review

Program, naming this facility
- Valid childcare first aid and CPR certification




- Legally entitled to work in Canada

What sets you apart

Strongly preferred

- Infant/Toddler specialisation Prior experience as the named manager on a BC facility licence Experience opening a new centre, or leading one through a significant enrolment ramp Working familiarity with CCOF, CCFRI, the Affordable Child

Care Benefit and the ECE Wage Experience leading a team of 20 or more in a facility with 100
