Woody's RV World is seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Insurance to lead and develop our F&I; operations across six dealership locations.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving F&I; profitability, coaching and developing Finance Managers, strengthening lender and vendor relationships, improving customer financing solutions, and creating consistency across all locations.

We're looking for a proven F&I; leader who understands how to structure deals, improve approvals, increase product penetration, and build high-performing teams while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

What You'll Do

- Recruit, lead, coach, schedule, train, and develop Finance Managers across all dealership locations
- Establish consistent F&I; processes, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Act as primary contact for banks, lenders, and First Canadian; restructure declined delas and grow approval and funding rates
- Monitor and track KPIs, gross profit, and product penetration and provide performance reporting and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
- Review product pricing, negotiate with vendors, and identify opportunities to introduce new products
- Partner with Sales, Service, Accounting, and Marketing teams to support dealership growth and improve the customer experience
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with lender requirements, company policies, privacy legislation, and regulatory standards; Act as the company’s Privacy Officer
- Travel regularly between locations to provide leadership, coaching, and provide direct coverage when needed

What You'll Bring

- Proven Finance & Insurance leadership experience within the RV or automotive industry; ideally multi-location
- Strong deal-structuring skills and established lender relationships
- Demonstrated success of growing F&I; revenue and developing high-performing teams




- Solid understanding of F&I; products, compliance requirements, and privacy legislation
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, identify trends, and implement performance improvement strategies
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight travel to BC and northern Alberta
- Eligible for any required provincial licensing
